We'll respond with a per-unit rate and total for your volume. For new wholesale relationships, we may request a sample file for a spec check before confirming pricing. Approval is a one-step process — no lengthy procurement cycle.

Send print-ready files to our production team. We do a preflight check on every file before printing. For large runs, we can pull a press proof on request. Completed jobs are ready for local pickup or shipping — no markup on shipping for wholesale accounts.

- Do I need a business license or resale certificate to buy at wholesale?
- No — we don't require a resale certificate to get bulk pricing. Wholesale rates at Rocky Heights are based on volume, not your tax status. A graphic designer ordering 500 business cards for a client gets the same per-unit rate as a formal print broker. If you have a resale certificate and want to discuss a formal trade account, we can do that too, but it's not a requirement.
- What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
- There's no single minimum — it varies by product. Business cards start at 250 for volume pricing, flyers at 100, yard signs at 25, and books at 10 copies. If you're not sure whether your order qualifies, call or submit a quote request with your product type and quantity and we'll give you a per-unit rate.
- Can you ship wholesale orders or do I have to pick them up?
- Both. Local pickup at our Homewood location is free and available same-day or next-day for most jobs. Shipping is available for larger runs or clients outside the Birmingham metro area. If you're a designer or broker who needs discreet delivery directly to your client, we can arrange that too — just specify at the time of order.
- Do you print without your branding on the packaging?
- Yes. For resellers and agencies who deliver to end clients, we pack and label orders without Rocky Heights branding by default. If you want your own studio or agency label on the packaging, let us know when you order and we can accommodate that on most jobs.
- How do I get a standing price for repeat orders?
- Call us and describe your recurring order: product type, quantity, frequency, and any spec changes from run to run. If you're ordering the same item quarterly or more often, we'll set a standing rate and keep your file on record. Reorders become a one-call process — no requoting each time.
