   Submit a print-ready PDF (300 DPI, CMYK, 0.125" bleed) or work with our design team to build one. We review every file for bleed, margin safety, color mode, and resolution before it goes to press — catching issues that would show up as thin white edges or blurry text in the finished card.

   Stock & Finish Selection

   Choose your paper weight and finishing treatment. Matte and glossy lamination are the standard options; soft-touch adds a velvety coating that stands out in a stack of cards. Foil stamping in silver or gold works well for logos and names; spot UV adds a high-gloss highlight over specific design elements. We'll confirm what's available for your quantity before we proceed.

   Print, Cut & Quality Check

   Cards are printed on a calibrated press, cut to exact size, and inspected for color accuracy, clean cuts, and finish consistency. Standard business cards are 3.5" × 2". We also print square cards, mini cards, and other custom dimensions. If you're working with a non-standard size, contact us before submitting your file so we can confirm the setup and bleed requirements for your specific dimensions.

What finish options are available for business cards?

We offer matte, glossy, and soft-touch lamination on 80# white cover; foil stamping in silver and gold; spot UV coating for selective high-gloss highlights on specific design elements; painted-edge treatment for a bold colored edge visible when the card is held from the side; and metallic cardstock. Some combinations are possible — ask when you request a quote.

What file format should I submit?

We prefer print-ready PDFs at 300 DPI or higher, in CMYK color mode, with 0.125" bleed on all four sides and all important content at least 0.125" inside the trim line. If your file is in RGB or uses low-resolution images, we'll flag it before printing. Our design team can help you build or adjust a file if needed.

What is the minimum order quantity for business cards?

We don't require large minimums. Whether you need 50 cards or 5,000, we can accommodate. Pricing scales with quantity, so larger orders cost significantly less per card — but we're comfortable with small runs for new businesses, rebrands, or anyone who doesn't want to stockpile boxes of cards.

Can I pick up my cards locally instead of having them shipped?
