What We Print
From 4x6" event flyers to 11x17" full-color brochures — if it promotes something, we can print it.
- Event & Concert Flyers
Announce shows, festivals, fundraisers, and community events. Full-bleed color on gloss stock makes photos and artwork stand out on bulletin boards and windshields.
Common sizes: 4×6", 5×7", 8.5×11"
- Business Promotional Flyers
Grand opening announcements, sales, seasonal promotions, and service menus. Simple layouts with a clear call to action work best — we can advise on what prints well.
Common sizes: 8.5×11", 5.5×8.5", 4×6"
- Real Estate Flyers
Property listing sheets for open houses and office display. Matte or uncoated stock reads better in bright light; gloss makes property photos look sharper.
Common sizes: 8.5×11", 8.5×14"
- Restaurant & Menu Flyers
Daily specials, takeout menus, and promotional inserts. Heavier cover stock handles repeated handling at the register; thinner text stock works for single-use inserts.
Common sizes: 8.5×11", 8.5×14", 11×17"
- Church & Nonprofit Flyers
Service announcements, ministry event flyers, and community bulletins. We print regularly for Birmingham-area congregations and organizations with fast turnaround on short runs.
Common sizes: 4×6", 5×7", 8.5×11"
- Bi-fold & Tri-fold Brochures
Service brochures, rack cards, and capability pieces for waiting rooms, trade shows, and sales visits. A well-made brochure outlasts a flyer — use heavier stock.
Common sizes: 8.5×11" folded · 11×17" folded

How Flyer Printing Works
- 1
Choose Your Specs
Tell us your size, paper stock, finish (single-sided or double), and quantity. If you're unsure about paper weight or finish, describe the project and we'll recommend. Mention your deadline upfront — we'll flag if same-day or rush is needed and confirm it's available.
- 2
Submit Your File
Send a print-ready PDF with 0.125" bleed, embedded fonts, and CMYK color. We review every file for bleed, resolution, and color setup before printing. If something needs adjusting — a missing bleed, an RGB image that will shift — we catch it now and contact you before the run.
- 3
Print and Pick Up
Files go to press once approved. Most flyer jobs are ready for pickup in 1–2 business days. Same-day turnaround is available on many sizes and quantities — ask when you submit. Local customers pick up at our Homewood location; shipping is available for customers outside the metro area.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What paper stock should I use for a full-color event flyer?
- 100 lb gloss text is the default for most event flyers — it makes colors pop and photos look sharp, and it holds up reasonably well when posted or handed out. If your design is mostly text (a church bulletin, a meeting notice), 60 lb uncoated is more economical and allows recipients to write on it. For something you want to last — a rack brochure, a premium leave-behind — step up to 100 lb cover stock.
- What file format do you need for flyer printing?
- A print-ready PDF with embedded fonts, 0.125" bleed on all sides (for full-bleed designs), and CMYK color mode. Minimum 300 DPI for photos and images. If your file is set up for RGB (most screen design tools default to it), we can convert, but color shifts may occur — best to set CMYK at design time. Send your file before paying and we'll confirm it looks right.
- Can you help if I don't have a print-ready design file?
- Yes. Our design team can create your flyer from scratch or clean up an existing file. Bring your logo, any photos you want to use, and the key information (event name, date, contact info) and we'll build a layout. Design fees vary by complexity — ask for a quote when you call or submit your request online.
- What is the minimum order quantity for flyer printing?
- There's no enforced minimum on most flyer sizes — we can print as few as 25 copies for small runs. Per-unit cost decreases significantly at 100, 250, and 500 copies. If you're printing for a one-time event and need only 50 pieces, that's fine. If you're running a recurring campaign and want to stock up, we can price a larger run.
- How quickly can I get flyers printed?
- Standard turnaround for most flyer jobs is 1–2 business days once your file is approved. Same-day printing is available on many sizes and quantities — call ahead to confirm availability before submitting. For recurring jobs (weekly bulletins, monthly menus), we can set up a standing order with consistent specs so approval is faster each run.
